We didn’t start Alemipa to fill the internet with more stuff. We started it with a simple belief: the things we bring into our homes should be worth keeping.

Like most families, we know what it’s like to order something that looks wonderful online, only for it to end up forgotten in a closet, taking up space, or gathering dust in a corner.

We wanted to take a more thoughtful approach — fewer random products and more genuine finds that have a reason to be part of everyday life.

Where it all began

We started with pets because they’re family too.

Whether it’s an energetic dog greeting you at the door or a cat curled up at the foot of the bed, our animals have a wonderful way of becoming part of the little moments that make a house feel like home.

But finding genuinely useful pet products isn’t always easy. There are endless gadgets and gimmicks, and not everything deserves a place in your home.

That’s why we look for clever ideas, practical solutions and those little finds that can make caring for the animals we love easier, more comfortable — and sometimes simply more fun.

The rule we live by

Before anything earns a place at Alemipa, we ask ourselves one simple question:

Would we proudly bring this into our own home, for our own loved ones?

If the answer isn’t an enthusiastic yes, it simply doesn’t belong at Alemipa.

We look for clever ideas that solve those little everyday frustrations, practical products designed to be genuinely useful, and things that can bring a little more comfort, convenience or happiness to ordinary routines.

Alemipa is based in Switzerland, and we’re building the kind of online store we would want to shop from ourselves — straightforward, welcoming and supported by real people when you need a hand.

We’re still growing, and we’re doing it with care. We’d rather take our time finding products we believe deserve to be here than fill the store simply for the sake of looking bigger.
